Oliver Tubb - Vancouver, BC
Born in Scotland, raised in Eastern Ontario, and currently residing in Vancouver, British Columbia. Oliver has been playing golf since he was nine years old and has been competing since the age of thirteen.
Growing up in Eastern Ontario, he became hooked on golf after playing well on the local St Lawrence Junior Tour. He later attended the University of Guelph, graduating with honours from the Bachelors of Landscape Architecture program in 2004. While at Guelph, Oliver was a three time OUA All-Star, won the 2000 OUAA Golf Championships and finished 2nd at the 2004 Canadian University Golf Championships. That year he competed for Canada at the 2004 World Collegiate Championships in Thailand.
Since 2005, Oliver has lived in Vancouver and bases his professional career on the West Coast. He has been a member of the PGA Tour of Canada (formerly Canadian Tour) for five years and has competed throughout Canada, the US, Mexico, Europe, the Caribbean and in Asia.
When not on a golf course, Oliver advocates for sustainable golf through his company Fore Green. www.foregreen.com His interests include the great outdoors, health and fitness, all sports, art and architecture and travel. He lives with his fiancé in Vancouver.
