Please fill out the following form to enter the 2016 Punta Mita Challenge or for more information. Entries are on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be started once the field is full.
Teams will consist of three amateurs and one PPG Touring Professional. It is suggested to enter in groups of three, but it is not required.
All online submissions will receive an email from PPG with an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, your entry will be official.
Following October 1st, 2015, an entry may be canceled and receive a full refund if the entry is replaced by a waitlisted entry. If the entry is cancelled and is unable to be replaced the following policy applies:
All cancellations prior to October 1st, 2015 will receive a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.
All cancellations between October 1st, 2015 and October 31st, 2015, a 50% refund applies.
All cancellations on or after November 1st, 2015 are non-refundable.
